Southern Rhône, mature and structured.

Early assessments positioned the wine for a shorter drinking window.

Recent tastings show a very positive evolution over time, with structure still present and a profile that fully opens after proper aeration.

Old vine Grenache with a small proportion of Cinsault, aged in barrel for 12 months. The profile remains consistent with a mature southern Rhône expression: depth, evolution and structure.

The intention here is simple: present the wine soberly, through traceable facts, without artifice.
